At The end of our lane 'The Motorway'
Down by Jack Whites they were building the new road, the new motorway. Must have been around 2015. There are many images in this series. I love this piece - it brings back so many memories. It's gone now, that land in this scene is buried under the big road. It was the old causeway to Ballyrogan - we spent about 2 years battling those craters.
I shot it on a 1976 ETRS Bronica camera with a 70mm lens on Ilford FP2. Developed in Rodinal developer myself here in Ballyrogan Expression's darkroom. Scanned with a Canon 600.
